This service offers personalized support on nutrition, exercise, stress management, sleep, symptom relief, metabolism, weight changes, and chronic illness prevention, alongside exploring both hormone and non-hormone therapies. Through an in-depth assessment of each client’s current habits, the program enables the co-creation of new health routines that align with evolving hormonal needs and goals for long-term health & wellbeing.

This is a key time to identify & develop a style of living that better matches your new hormone profile AND provides health support in lieu of the benefits your reproductive hormones used to offer.

Trained and experienced in helping women navigate their health alongside their menopause transition, as your health coach I offer personalised advice and develop strategies with you tailored to your unique needs & goals.

Being held to account on your chosen actions and new habits is key to successfully making lasting behaviour change! As your health coach I can track your progress, provide motivation, and help you hold your course!
Education & Resources
I can provide valuable education & resources about menopause-related health issues, lifestyle changes, and strategies for managing symptoms. While also offering ongoing support and encouragement throughout the process.

A health coach takes a whole person approach and whilst helping address your main concerns, I will also take into account all those life elements that make up you - including physical, mental, emotional and social well-being dimensions.
