FREE 30 Minute Consult

This is an opportunity for you to experience what it would be like to work with me!  In having a real coaching session we can do a quick deep dive into what you are struggling with and identify solutions to try - and you can choose to turn those into actionable steps if you want to.  This also helps both of us decide if my services are suitable - will I be able to truely serve you, and, is health coaching is what you require?

Discovery Consultation (approx 1 hr)

Prior to this Consultation you will fill out a Symptom, Health and Lifestyle Questionaire.  We will use this to guide the session, alongside your key concerns, to explore your health picture.  You choose what we focus on.  And we co-create solutions that match you goals and work within your life.  You will receive a downloadable PDF file of your individualised Symptom Management, Nutrition and Lifestyle Strategy.  Then you can decide if you are confident to make the changes recommended on your own, or we can tailor a support package to meet your needs & budget. $149

Mentoring Programme

Focusing both on immediate symptom relief as well as long term health & wellbeing goals, this three month commitment will help you reset your daily habits and behaviours to better match your hormonal profile, your health picture and achieve the lifestyle you value.   

This includes completing the initial questionnaire, a one hour consultation to appraise your questionaire and delve into your concerns and current health, a downloadable individualised Symptom Management, Nutrition & Lifestyle Plan, fortnightly 30 minute mentoring and accountability consultations, and email / text support to address small queries as they arise.  $495.

(You identify your desired outcome ie Weight Management, Stress Reduction, Sleep Improvement, Exercise Plan, Menopause Symptom Management etc)

Small Group Coaching

Do you have a small group of friends who would all love to learn more about the menopause transition? What you can do to support your symptoms as well as your long term health & wellbeing goals?  Why not celebrate this change together, have a laugh, empathise with each other and share your experiences while learning how to nourish, move and best serve your unique bodies as you go.

This would include completing the initial questionnaire, followed by a 1.5 hour group education and q+a session, and completion of Habit Changer task.  POA.  

(Identification of session focus can be made as a group ie Weight Management, Stress Reduction, Sleep Improvement, Exercise Plan, Menopause Symptom Management etc)

MenoMatters Programme

Coming soon!  A programme that explores the Menopause Transition, including symptoms, symptom management (Hormonal, Non-Hormonal and Complementary options), long term health risks, as well as how to use nutrition & lifestyle levers to support your immediate concerns and future health.  This includes a closer look at your hormones, metabolic health, body composition, weight management, bone health, heart health, gut health, nutrition strategies, movement strategies, sleep hygiene and stress reduction.  The course will come with a printable workbook which will allow you to self assess as you go and create your own menopause management plan.  Ideal to assist you to reset your health behaviours, create a new foundation and give yourself the love and support you deserve as you enter your next hormonal phase - all in your own time.
